These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mashooriwale.com and to the marketing services provided by Mashooriwale (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide movie promotion, song and music promotion, PR and profile services (including IMDb and Wikipedia support), performance marketing, website design and social media management. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in the proposal, quote or invoice we share with you.

2. Quotes and Proposals

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period mentioned in them. Work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately, and we will tell you before doing it.

3. Payments

• Payment terms, including any advance, are stated in your proposal or invoice.
• Work usually starts after the advance payment is received.
• Advertising budgets (for example Meta, Google or YouTube ad spend) and third-party costs are separate from our fees unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law.
• Late payments may pause the campaign or delivery until the dues are cleared.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and approvals on time.
• Make sure you own or have the rights to all content you give us (videos, music, images, logos, text) and that it does not break any law or third-party rights.
• Give us the account access we need to run the agreed services, where required.

5. Results and Third-Party Platforms

We work hard to get the best results, but marketing outcomes such as views, streams, followers, sales, search rankings and media coverage depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific numbers. Platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Spotify, IMDb and Wikipedia have their own rules and make their own decisions; approvals, listings and account actions by these platforms are not in our control. We only use genuine promotion methods and do not use bots or fake engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless the proposal says otherwise. We keep the rights to our own tools, templates, methods and pre-existing material. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the work in our portfolio and on our social media.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your unreleased content, release dates, business information and account details confidential and use them only to deliver our services.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a project by informing us in writing. Fees for work already completed, and any ad spend or third-party costs already paid, are not refundable. Any refund of the remaining amount is handled as set out in your proposal or as mutually agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, outages or account restrictions. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

10. Use of This Website

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt the website. Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab.
